What Do We Do?
Our Founders
Ethan Yihan Deng
Co-Found and President
Leader of NY Hackley School Branch
Ethan is a New York high school student who loves Rubik's Cubes. Inspired by two-time Rubik's Cube world champion Max Park, who is autistic, Ethan established the "Small Cube Big World" club in 2019, using Rubik's Cubes as a communication tool for autistic children.
Those efforts later expanded to include initiating an art exhibition showcasing autistic children's paintings and raising funds for autism awareness and support. These experiences fostered Ethan's appreciation for the amazing potential of people with disabilities. By establishing the InstraSpectrum student club, he has taken a further step toward enhancing autism awareness and acceptance.

Lincoln Feng
Co-Founder and Vice-President
Leader of NY Rye Country Day School Branch
Lincoln is a dedicated clarinet player in the Juilliard Pre-College program who has a passion for supporting children with developmental disabilities. Hailing from New York, he combines his love for music with his dedication to service by organizing and performing in concerts for and alongside autistic youth. Inspired by the unique ways in which autistic individuals communicate and experience the world, Lincoln has embarked on a journey to connect through the universal language of music. By helping establish the the IntraSpectrum student club, he hopes to spread music as a means of communication where words fail.
